Guilherme Castro-Msc

Guilherme Castro-Msc has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Guilherme is the Co-founder and CEO of Samba Hoteis since 2014, where they have led the company's growth and innovative processes, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Mabu Hotéis & Resorts, where they managed sales, marketing, and revenue teams and implemented new business ventures. Guilherme also worked at Hilton Worldwide in various roles, including Director of Business Development, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Regional Sales Manager. Recently, they have taken on the role of Professor MBA at PUC Minas Oficial.

Guilherme Castro-Msc holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (PHD) from PUC Minas, which they pursued from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Business Administration (Msc) at Fundação Dom Cabral from 2018 to 2020. In 2004, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Universidade Federal Fluminense. In 1997, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on tourism from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in History from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM which they completed from 2007 to 2010. Guilherme is currently pursuing a degree in Philosophy at Academia virtude, with an expected completion date beyond 2023.
