Hayley Jean

Hayley Jean has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Marketing and Communication Intern at Common Good Vermont in 2018. Hayley then worked as a Marketing and Outreach Intern at Intervale Community Farm. In 2019, they served as an Administrative Assistant for the Department of Residential Life and later as an Administrative Assistant to the Dean of the Graduate College at the University of Vermont. From 2020 to 2022, Hayley founded and developed their own freelance operation called HJ Assistant, offering administrative, creative, and technical services. Hayley then worked as a Project Coordinator at PHASE Housing Management, providing project coordination and website design and development. Hayley also gained experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant at BELAY, where they provided various administrative tasks and support virtually for professional clients. Currently, they hold the position of a Project Manager at Samba Scientific and will transition to the role of Senior Project Manager in February 2023.

Hayley Jean attended the University of Vermont from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on Public Communication. In addition to their formal education, Hayley also obtained various certifications from the HubSpot Academy. In November 2022, they received the Growth-Driven Design certification. In February 2022, they obtained certifications in Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, Digital Marketing, and SEO, all from HubSpot Academy.
