Gabriela Marczak

Gabriela Marczak has a diverse and extensive work experience in various HR roles. Gabriela started their career as an Admin. and HR Coordinator at Solae Europe SA / DuPont Poland in 1996 and stayed with the company until 2005. Their responsibilities included office and HR administration, recruitment coordination, and supporting the implementation of HR procedures.

From 2005 to 2010, Gabriela worked as an HR Manager at Canon Europe Ltd. Poland, where they managed the full scope of HR functions, including organizational planning, performance management, employee orientation and training, and policy development.

In 2013, they joined Ipsos as an HR Director, where they had the responsibility for all HR activities, including organizational development, talent management, training and development, and compensation and benefits alignment.

Gabriela then worked as an Interim HR Manager at Adgar Poland from 2017 to 2019, leading HRM projects in commercial real estate and conference businesses, focusing on employee engagement, performance reviews, recruitment, and HR administration.

From 2010 to 2020, Gabriela worked as a Senior HR Consultant at HR Consulting, where they provided consulting services and conducted interim HR projects for various sectors, including performance reviews, talent development, and salary reviews.

Currently, they are working at Samba TV, where they hold the roles of Lead, HRBP, EU/APAC as well as Lead, People Operations Partner EU & APAC since 2021 and 2022 respectively.

Gabriela Marczak received a Diploma in Management from ICAN Institute in 2008-2009. Gabriela also obtained an MA in Social Psychology (spec.: HR) from Uniwersytet SWPS between 1996 and 2001. In addition, they hold a Cambridge Proficiency in English Certificate from University of Cambridge, which they obtained in 1994.
