Sharmila Nair

Sharmila Nair currently serves as the Special Projects lead for Public Relations at Sambal Lab, where responsibilities include managing media relationships and drafting press releases. Previously, Sharmila held the position of Head of Stakeholder Communications at Sime Darby Property, overseeing external communications and achieving over RM350 million in earned media coverage. Sharmila's career at Star Media Group Berhad spanned nearly 14 years, progressing from Journalist to Chief Reporter, gaining extensive experience in content production and media interaction. Sharmila earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of Greenwich.
