Andrea Snyder

Andrea Snyder is a seasoned Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction across various industries. Currently at SambaSafety since November 2019, Andrea focuses on client success strategies, building on previous roles at Amdocs, where responsibility included overseeing a global client base and leading change management initiatives. Earlier experience as a Client Lead at Mavenir involved managing international clients and facilitating KPI reporting to ensure service level agreements were met. Andrea's career began at CSG International, contributing as a Product Analyst and Training Specialist, where critical skills in product rollout and training development were honed. Academically, Andrea holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Elementary Education and Teaching, as well as in Elementary Education with Special Education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
