Helen Wilson has extensive work experience in customer operations and service delivery. Helen currently holds the position of Director of Customer Operations at SambaSafety since March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Customer Operations at Collision Management Systems from December 2018 to March 2022. Helen also held various roles at Claranet, including Service Delivery Management Team Leader from November 2014 to May 2018 and Service Manager from August 2007 to November 2014. Helen began their career at BT Accurate in April 2003 as an Account Manager for the Argos account. Helen also worked at Quip!, EEscape Ltd, where they started as a Customer Service Agent, trainer, and Team Leader before transitioning to a client-facing role within the Marketing and Sales team. Their time at Quip! spanned from March 2000 to April 2003.

Helen Wilson attended the University of Derby from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in BA Hons Textile Design with a focus on Textiles- Print.
