Jamie Murphy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical customer support and account management. Currently serving as the Technical Customer Support Manager at SambaSafety since November 2022, Jamie focuses on rebranding the Escalations Team to enhance its role in the customer journey. Previous roles include Manager of Escalations and Technical Services Manager at SambaSafety, where responsibilities included managing Level 2 escalations and developing custom risk scoring solutions. Prior to this, Jamie worked at Explore Information Services as a Senior ASR, supporting continuous driver license monitoring, and at License Monitor, Inc. as a Technical Account Manager, providing account implementation and customized solutions. Jamie’s career began at Frontline Communications as an ISP Customer Support Supervisor. Jamie holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
