Sirish Samba, P.E. has worked at Sambatek since 1994. Sirish started as an Engineer-in-Training and later became a Project Engineer and Project Manager. In 2006, they were promoted to Vice President, then Executive Vice President in 2008, and eventually became the President & CEO of the company. Sirish Samba has also held positions as an Advisory Board Member at Allina Health since 2020, where they focus on mental health initiatives. Additionally, they served as the Past President/Chairman of the Board/Board Member at ACEC/MN from 2014 to 2021. Moreover, Sirish Samba was a part of the Young President Organization (YPO) from 2014 to 2019.

Sirish Samba, P.E. has a strong educational background in the fields of civil engineering, business administration, and real estate. Sirish obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from R.V.R. & J.C. College of Engineering in 1992. Sirish then pursued a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University, which they completed in 1994.

In terms of executive education, Sirish completed an Executive Education Program in Business Administration and Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 2006. In 2005, they obtained a Commercial Real Estate Specialist certification from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, further expanding their knowledge in the real estate field.

To strengthen their expertise in mergers and acquisitions, Sirish attended The Wharton School's Aresty School of Executive Education, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions. It is not specified when they attended this program, but it is known that they completed it before 2020.

In addition to their degrees and executive education, Sirish obtained the Professional Engineer certification from the Minnesota Board of AELSLAGID in July 2008, further demonstrating their professional competence and expertise in the field of civil engineering.
