Kacy R. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2017, Kacy joined SAMBAZON as the Director of Brand Management, where they oversee brand management and leads campaigns in the Frozen Fruit and Frozen Desserts categories. Prior to this, Kacy held the role of Senior Product Marketing Manager at SAMBAZON, managing the largest revenue-generating product portfolio in the Frozen Fruit category and developing campaign strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Before that, they were a Product Marketing Manager, responsible for the Frozen Desserts business, including product development, packaging, campaign support, and business analytics. Kacy began their career at SAMBAZON as an Associate Marketing Manager, where they assisted in project management, creative development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Prior to joining SAMBAZON, Kacy worked as a Marketing Manager at Fox (Film, TV, and Sports) from 2015 to 2017, focusing on retail marketing. Kacy also gained experience as an Assistant Brand Manager at Henkel from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Kacy held various roles during their time at The Lodge at Ventana Canyon, Henkel, UA Bookstores, University of Arizona Student Affairs Marketing, and Luber Roklin Entertainment, providing their with a breadth of experience in project management, creative leadership, and marketing strategy.

Kacy R. pursued their education starting from 2008 to 2012 at The University of Arizona, College of Fine Arts, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Producing. Following that, they continued their studies at the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management from 2012 to 2014, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing.
