Sarah Nelson

Sarah Nelson has a strong background in product development and innovation. Sarah worked at Sambazon from June 2011 to August 2017, starting as the Director of Product Development and later becoming the Vice President of Global Technical Services & Product Development. In these roles, they managed innovation across various product lines, partnered with marketing to set product strategy, and implemented project management processes. Before Sambazon, Sarah worked at Mars as a Senior Product Development Scientist from July 2002 to June 2011.

Sarah Nelson attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1998 to 2002, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science.
