Andrew Friedman

Andrew Friedman has a diverse work experience in the field of municipal finance. Andrew began their career as a Financial Analyst at The Municipal Advisory Council of Texas in 2008 and then moved on to RBC Capital Markets, where they worked as an Analyst in Municipal Finance. In 2012, they joined Southwest Securities as an Assistant Vice President and later became a Vice President, where they efficiently structured and priced debt transactions, developed capital improvement plans, and advised clients on debt management policies. In 2015, they moved to SAMCO Capital Markets as a Managing Director, where they continued to excel in structuring and pricing debt transactions, presenting debt issuance results, and providing tax rate impact analyses for clients. Andrew's exceptional performance led to their promotion to Senior Managing Director in 2022.
