Bill Apodaca

Bill Apodaca has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Bill started their career in 1996 as a Software Technician at the City of Casper, where they operated computer mainframe systems and developed applications. In 1998, they became a Technology Manager at Fred L. Dowd Co., where they managed data conversion and entry processes. Bill then joined High Mobility Solutions in 1998 as a Mountain West Regional Manager, responsible for application development and support for municipal ERP systems. In 2003, they became the Manager of the Customer Support Division at High Mobility Solutions, overseeing technical support and coordination with clients. In 2006, they transitioned to emGovPower, LLC, where they initially served as the Manager of the Customer Support Division and later took on multiple roles, including Product Manager, Systems Administrator, Database Administrator, and Developer. In 2019, they joined Same Day Transcriptions, Inc. as the Director of Information Technology and Security, responsible for coordinating software development, deployment, and licensing integrated application processes. Overall, Bill has gained extensive experience in various IT roles, covering areas such as leadership, coordination, development, deployment, support, and administration.

Bill Apodaca attended Glenrock High School from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School curriculum. Bill then attended Casper College from 1994 to 1995.
