Philip Korn

Philip Korn is currently the CFO at Samedi. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Finance & Business Intelligence at HolidayPirates Group from November 2016 to January 2019. While at HolidayPirates Group, Philip was responsible for leading the finance and BI teams as well as developing and implementing an interactive environment for managing the Direct Partner business. Additionally, they were also responsible for investor relations and legal and regulatory issues and operational management.

From August 2016 to December 2016, Philip worked as a freelancer for Commerzbank AG in their Group Credit Risk and Capital Management department. Philip's responsibilities included credit risk model validation for the Retail and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) portfolios.

Before their freelancing gig, Philip was the Director of Finance, Business Intelligence and HR at ad2games from July 2014 to April 2016. As Director, they were again responsible for leading finance and HR teams but was also the methodological lead during the implementation of the in-house BI tool. In addition to their finance and HR duties, they were also responsible for company-wide legal issues, investor relations, financial and regulatory communication, and operational management.

Philip's first job in management was as Director, Credit Risk Methodology at UBS Investment Bank from December 2006 to November 2013.

Philip Korn has a Master of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Ulm University, and a Master of Science in Mathematics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Philip Korn reports to Alexander Alscher, co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Ananda Prakash - Chief Client Operations Officer, Pascal Guderian - Head of Patient Portal, and Pia Heldermann - General Counsel.
