Raymon S. has extensive experience in front-end development, currently serving as Lead Fullstack Developer and Scrum Master on the ShareValue project at Samenwerking Beroepsonderwijs Bedrijfsleven SBB since December 2023, and as Lead Fullstack JavaScript Developer and AI Lead at ShareValue B.V. since November 2020. Previous roles include Senior Front-end Developer at Rabobank focusing on the Digital Connect platform, Lead Front-end Developer at Rovict for the ESIS student administration system, and several senior and lead developer positions at companies such as ESET Nederland, Iquality, LINKIT, Vattenfall, and Quebble. Raymon is dedicated to mentoring less experienced colleagues and enhancing teamwork. Educational qualifications include an MBO degree from Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam, with a focus on English, Dutch, DTP/Graphic Design, 3D Modeling, Webdesign, and Multimedia.

Beroepsonderwijs en bedrijfsleven zijn samen verantwoordelijk voor een goede aansluiting van het beroepsonderwijs op de arbeidsmarkt. Een van de speerpunten is doelmatigheid. Dat wil zeggen dat het opleidingsaanbod zo veel mogelijk aansluit op de vraag uit de arbeidsmarkt én dat publieke en private middelen effectief worden ingezet om de kwaliteit van het opleidingsaanbod te waarborgen.
