Melanie Henriques

Melanie Henriques is a Partner and Licensed Paralegal at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP since August 2012, specializing in employment law, human rights law, and personal injury. Melanie has extensive experience conducting Small Claims Court trials, motions, settlement conferences, and mediations at the Human Rights Tribunal and Canadian Human Rights Commission, as well as participating in case conferences and hearings at the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Prior to this role, Melanie gained experience as a Legal Assistant at LCF Paralegal Services from January 2012 to August 2012 and completed a student placement at Matlow, Miller, Harris, Thrasher LLP in April 2011. Melanie holds a Paralegal Diploma from Sheridan College, obtained in 2011, and a High School Diploma from St. Benedict Catholic Secondary School, earned in 2009.
