Ross McAdam

Ross McAdam is a strategic executive leader with extensive experience in finance and investment. Currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Embrace Steel Group, they previously held roles at Clyde Blowers Capital and Craig Corporate Ltd, where they focused on value enhancement and business advisory services. Ross interned at EY and is also a board trustee at SAMH, Scotland’s leading mental health charity, where they contribute to the organization’s strategic direction and promote mental wellbeing. A graduate in Accounting & Finance from The University of Edinburgh, they are also an active member of ICAS.
