Coleen Dobo

Coleen Dobo is a Clinical Psychologist and Grant Review Consultant with extensive experience in mental health services. Since June 2022, Coleen Dobo has operated Coleen Dobo, Psy.D. LLC, providing consultation, evaluation, and therapy services. Previously, from December 2001 to June 2022, Coleen served as the Senior Vice President of Adult Services at Community Health Resources, overseeing trauma-sensitive mental health and substance use disorder programs, including various residential and outpatient services. Prior roles include Service Director, managing a full spectrum of community mental health care, and Therapist roles at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center and Clearfield-Jefferson Community Mental Health Center. Coleen Dobo holds a Doctor of Psychology degree from the University of Hartford and a Master of Arts in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, alongside a Bachelor of Arts from Commonwealth University-Lock Haven.
