Dr. Sarang Bani

Dr. Sarang Bani is a highly experienced professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Sami-Sabinsa Group Limited since August 2017. Prior to this, Dr. Bani held the position of Vice President & Head of Biological Research at Sami Labs Limited from April 2010 to August 2017, where significant contributions to biological research were made. Dr. Bani's scientific career began at the CSIR-Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (CSIR-IIIM), where, from January 1982 to March 2010, valuable work was done in discovering immune-therapeutic drug molecules from plants. Dr. Bani earned a PhD in Life Sciences from the University of Jammu and IIIM (CSIR) Jammu between 1992 and 1994 and completed secondary education with a focus on science through the J&K Board of Secondary Education from 1963 to 1974.
