Akhilesh Sharma has over 10 years of work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Akhilesh began their career in 2011 as a Technical Recruiter at IBM India Pvt. Ltd. In 2012, they moved to Ness Technologies as an RMG Consultant. Akhilesh then joined Confidential as a Lead Technical Recruiter in 2013, where they worked closely with SAP Clients, Implementation Partners, and Preferred Vendors in the USA. In 2014, they joined Mastech, Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter for Financial Services, where they had experience with advanced internet searches. In 2015, they joined Iris Software Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Financial Services, where they partnered with Client Sales Channels for strategic sourcing of critical resource requirements for large global clients. In 2020, they joined Alcor Solutions Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Samiti Technology, Inc. as the Recruitment Head (Emerging Clients) for Financial Services.

Akhilesh Sharma has a diverse educational background. Akhilesh obtained a B.Sc from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra in ZBC from 2003 to 2006. Akhilesh then went on to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management & HRM from the same university in 2006-2007. In 2008-2010, they completed an MBA/PGPM in Human Resources Management & International Business from the National School of Business, Bangalore.
