Milesh James began their career in 2015 as a Flight Attendant/Cabin Crew/Stewardess for Jet Airways, based in Mumbai. In 2018, they joined Samiti Technology, Inc. as a Healthcare Recruiter. At Samiti Technology, they specialized in providing experienced medical and dental professionals within health care and private home settings throughout the US.

Milesh James attended Gargi College (Delhi University) from 2010 to 2013, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science Hons.
