Nyla Malhotra has extensive experience in technical recruitment, currently serving as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and Team Lead at Samiti Technology Inc since December 2012. In this role, Nyla has contributed to the firm's IT staffing and consulting services, which offer contract and permanent resources across various areas, including e-Business and ERP. Prior to this, Nyla worked as a Technical Recruiter for Damcosoft Solutions and Beta Soft Systems, gaining valuable experience in US staffing and recruitment processes from May 2012 to April 2012.
