Caitlin Walgrave

Caitlin Walgrave (Schetter), MHRLR, possesses extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the AVP of Workforce Experience and HR Operations at Sammons Financial Group Companies since July 2012. In this role, Caitlin leads various functions including HR Technology, Talent Analytics, and Employee Experience, while acting as a strategic HR Business Partner for business leaders. Previous positions at Sammons include Human Resources Director and Manager, where Caitlin developed HR strategies and implemented significant HR technologies. Earlier experience includes roles as a Staffing Specialist at Manpower and as a Human Resources Intern at JDA Software. Caitlin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
