Emily Nissen

Emily Nissen, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Sammons Financial Group Companies since August 2022. Prior to this role, Emily worked at EY from September 2015 to August 2022 as an Assurance Manager, where oversight of mutual fund audits and management of junior staff were primary responsibilities. Emily's earlier experience includes serving as a Teacher's Assistant and Peer Tutor at Northwestern College, along with an internship at Athene focusing on accounting operations. Emily holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Northwestern College, which was completed in 2015.
