Alena Pak

Alena Pak has a strong background in learning and development. Alena 'smost recent role was as the Head of Learning and Development (tech) at Samokat, where they led a team of professionals and designed and implemented training programs for over 3000 employees. Prior to that, they were a Team Lead learning experience designer at Practicum, where they managed a group of instructional designers and conducted market research for the development of educational products. Alena also has experience at IKRA, where they served as the Lead of educational programs and Educational Program Manager, overseeing both B2B and B2C educational initiatives.

Alena Pak attended SPbGUGA from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a specialist diploma in the field of Communication with Society. In addition, they completed the Agile Team Facilitation certification from ICAgile in July 2023.
