Panov started their career at Imageland Public Relations Agency in 2007 as a PR manager, working with clients such as Sony, Procter&Gamble, and IKEA. Panov then moved on to Edelman Imageland, where they served as the Deputy Head of the project group, working with clients like Starbucks, The Body Shop, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and PepsiCo. After that, they joined Starbucks as a Trade Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing Manager, and Marketing Manager - food division, where they implemented key strategic initiatives and managed various marketing campaigns. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Le Pain Quotidien as a Digital, Marketing, and Sales Director, focusing on building new sales channels in the fast grocery delivery market. Currently, they hold the position of Category Head at Samokat.
Panov Alexey has an extensive education history. From 2020 to 2023, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Entrepreneurship at Grenoble Ecole de Management. During the same time period, they also attended The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), where they completed a Master's degree in Business Administration, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Business Conduct.
