Swati Lakhotia

Swati Lakhotia began their work experience in 2000 as a Relationship Manager NRI Services at Standard Chartered Bank. During their time there, they handled various roles within the NRI Services department and achieved success in insurance revenue and customer satisfaction. In 2005, they joined Deutsche Bank as a Deputy Branch Operations & Service Manager, where they played a significant role in launching the Retail Bank in India. Swati also excelled in managing a private banking portfolio, branch operations, and cross-selling third-party products. Swati currently works at Sampark Foundation, starting in 2019. Swati has held several positions within the organization, including Senior Manager and Deputy General Manager, before assuming their current role as the Head of Human Resources.

Swati Lakhotia attended St. Mary's High School in Mumbai from 1985 to 1995 where they completed their Class 10 education. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics, Accounting & Finance from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai from 1995 to 2000. Simultaneously, they also completed a 3-year Advance Diploma in Software Engineering (ADSE) with a specialization in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from NIIT Institute in Mumbai from 1997 to 2000.
