Emilė R. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Emilė is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Samphire Neuroscience, where they lead the development of wearable neurotechnology medical devices for women's health and lifestyle. Emilė is responsible for overseeing the entire process, from initial research and development to deployment and commercialization, following global standards and regulations.
Prior to their current role, Emilė was a Portfolio Company Founder at HAX, where they completed a fellowship in rapid prototyping and management of hardware and software devices. Emilė worked across different regions, including Western Europe, North and South America, and Asia.

Emilė has also worked as an Emergency Medical Technician at Pro EMS and as a Project Manager at UAB Luno, where they were involved in EU grant applications and IT project management.
Furthermore, Emilė held leadership positions at Harvard CrimsonEMS, a student-run emergency medical service. Emilė served as Chief, overseeing the organization's operations and external partnerships, and implemented various initiatives, such as the Stop the Bleed outreach program and a Mental Health Taskforce.
