Alison Vincent FCIPD FCMI has over 30 years of work experience in various HR roles. Alison currently works at Sampled as the Global Human Resources Director & Talent Acquisition Lead. Prior to that, they held the position of HR Director at Azenta Life Sciences from 2020 to 2022 and Human Resources Director Europe & Israel from 2017 to 2020. Alison also served as the Regional HR Leader Europe at Minerals Technologies from 2012 to 2017 and as the Interim European HR Manager from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, Alison worked as the Lead Consultant at Alison Vincent HR, providing project assignments, interim roles, and ongoing HR support to clients. Alison was the Human Resources Director at Lyreco UK Limited from 2008 to 2011 and the Human Resources Manager at Indesit Company from 2005 to 2008. Alison also served as a Non-Executive Board Director at Careers Wales Powys from 2001 to 2005. Earlier in their career, they held HR roles at Emerson Control Techniques, Shropshire Careers Service, and Aspinwall & Company.

Alison Vincent FCIPD FCMI pursued their education at Glyndwr University, Wrexham from 1998 to 2001. During this time, they obtained a CIPD Professional Qualification in Human Resources. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1987, they attended North East Worcestershire College Bromsgrove, where they focused on Business Studies.
