Willy Kurnia

Willy Kurnia is an experienced operations and engineering professional with a strong background in managing complex projects and teams across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Sampoerna Kayoe since March 2018, Willy oversees all operational duties for the Plywood and Wood Pellet Factories. Previously, Willy held roles such as Head of Engineering at Sampoerna Kayoe, Head of Process and Technical Engineering Division at PT. Multistrada Arah Sarana, Tbk, and Head of R&D Industrialization and Industrial Process Division at PT. GAJAH TUNGGAL, Tbk. With a Ph.D. in Mechanical and Control Engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, a Master’s from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, and a Bachelor's from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Willy Kurnia brings extensive technical expertise and leadership skills to every role.
