Josh Darby

Josh Darby is an experienced commercial property manager currently overseeing a portfolio exceeding 3.5 million square feet at Sampson Morris Group since October 2021. Previously, Josh held various roles, including Director of Maintenance and Emergency Management at Baptist Homes Society and Director of Environmental Services at IntegraCare Corporation. With a strong foundation in construction established through ownership of Darby Construction and experience as a general contractor with Santacroce & Son Construction, Josh has developed comprehensive skills in maintenance, operations, and property management. Early career experiences include working as an electrician with Giammarco Electric and as an electrician helper in the family business, Donahue Electric. Josh holds a diploma from Cornell High School, graduating in 1999.
