Crystal Reed

Crystal Reed serves as the HR & Compliance Manager at Sampson's Prosthetic & Orthotic Laboratory since October 2019, managing human resources, compliance standards, and employee performance evaluations. Previously, Crystal held the position of Executive Assistant at American Thermal Instruments, Inc. from June 2017 to October 2019 and worked as the Administrative Services Manager at Optimus Prosthetics from May 2011 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing administrative processes and accounts receivables. Crystal's early career includes a role as a Paralegal at Rieser & Marx, LLC from June 2006 to May 2011. Crystal holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Management and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal, both from Sinclair Community College.
