Constantine Holmes has a diverse and extensive work experience. Constantine started their career at KPMG as a Manager from 1996 to 1999. Constantine then worked at Merrill Lynch as a Business Manager from 1999 to 2003. Constantine then joined Masscash, a subsidiary of Massmart, where they held the roles of Financial Manager from 2004 to 2008 and Finance Director from 2008 to 2015. Constantine then moved to Walmart Japan as the Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2019. Constantine's most recent position is at Walmart, where they worked as the VP Retail Finance - US eCommerce from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President Finance - Merchandise & Planning at Sam's Club.

Constantine Holmes attended Kokstad High School from 1980 to 1991, where they obtained their Matric degree. Constantine then pursued a B.Com degree in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 1992 to 1994. In 1995, they completed a Diploma of Accounting from the same university. Constantine Holmes also has additional certifications in Inclusive Leadership and Disrupting Yourself, obtained in 2020 through LinkedIn. Constantine is also a Chartered Accountant, certified by the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
