Robert Parvis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Robert started their career at The Clorox Company as an R&D Packaging Engineer, where they developed and launched club display pallets and introduced innovative packaging solutions. Robert then moved on to Sam's Club, where they held various leadership roles. As the Vice President of Quality, they ensured that all products met customer expectations by leading a cross-company effort. Robert also served as the Vice President of Business Member Initiatives, strategically managing the "Business Member" across the organization. Additionally, they created and led a new internal Global Sourcing team and successfully transitioned volume from a 3rd party agent to the internal team. Prior to that, they served as the Sr Director of Global & Alternative Channel Sourcing, leading the growth of direct imports in general merchandise categories. Robert also has experience in packaging, where they led the Packaging Department at Sam's Club and implemented significant improvements in supplier training, process integration, and testing procedures. Another role they held was Sr Manager of Merchandise Logistics, where they achieved multi-million dollar savings through supply chain cost optimization projects.
