Sondra Masters

Sondra Masters has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Sondra'smost recent role is as the VP People - Sam's Club Support at Sam's Club, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Walmart for a significant period of time in various HR leadership positions, including Vice President International Human Resources, Sr. Director of International HR and Talent Management, Director of Global Talent Management, Sr. Manager II of Global Talent Management, Executive Consultant, and Program Manager. Before joining Walmart, Sondra worked at Wal-Mart Store's, Inc. as a Recruiting Assistant and at Limited Brands as an H.R. Manager/Co-Sales Manager.

Sondra Masters earned their B.A. in Communication from the University of Arkansas between 2000 and 2004.
