Marija Zecevic

Marija (Masha) Zecevic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Chief Business Officer at Samsara Therapeutics, Marija also acts as an Advisor at XGEN Venture SGR S.p.A. Previous roles include Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Business Officer, and VP of Business Development at Proteostasis Therapeutics, Inc., as well as Technical Advisor at the Industry Liaison Office of the Italian Cystic Fibrosis Research Foundation. Marija is the Managing Director and Founder of Zebra Ventures. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Zurich and further studies at Università Bocconi.
