Alexander Olguin

Alexander Olguin possesses extensive experience in engineering, having worked at Samsara since July 2019 in various roles including Senior Specialist Solutions Engineer for Enterprise, Specialist Solutions Engineer II for Enterprise, and Solutions Engineer. Prior to Samsara, Alexander served as a Control Systems Engineer at Thermo Systems, contributing expertise in programming and designing control systems for Water & Wastewater, HVAC, and Oil & Gas applications. Alexander's earlier roles include being a Student Researcher at Chico Research Foundation, where algorithm development for image processing in MatLab was key, and an internship as a Project Engineer at McMillan Electric, focusing on electrical drawings and project estimations. Alexander earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Chico, from 2013 to 2018, following graduation from Amador Valley High School in 2013.
