Alexis Farmer has extensive work experience in customer success management and education technology. Alexis is currently a Customer Success Manager at Samsara, where they started in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at IRONSCALES from May 2022 to February 2023. In 2021, Alexis joined Newsela as a Customer Success Manager until May 2022, and later transitioned to the Partnership Team until October 2021. Alexis Farmer has obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Georgia College & State University. In addition to their degree, they have also acquired the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in October 2022. Alexis has expressed interest in obtaining GACE certifications in Mathematics (6-12), Middle Grades Language Arts (4-8), and Middle Grades Mathematics (4-8), but it is unclear if they have already obtained these certifications or when they plan to do so.
