Chandra Elango

Chandra Elango is an experienced executive currently serving as the Vice President of GTM Systems at Samsara since January 2024. Previously, Chandra held the position of Chief Executive Officer at a stealth health tech startup from October 2022 to December 2023 and was the Head of Product as well as Head of IT, Go To Market at Atlassian from August 2018 to November 2022. Earlier roles include Vice President of IT at VMware, Platform & Integration Engineering and Project Management at Cisco, and Software Engineer at Gallup. Chandra began a career in academia as a Research Assistant at the University of Washington. Chandra holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, an MBA from San Jose State University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Thanthai Periyar Government Institute of Technology.
