Dominic Philips

Dominic is the Chief Financial Officer at Samsara and leads worldwide financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, procurement, tax, treasury, corporate development, investor relations, legal, IT, and real estate. Previously, Dominic was VP of Finance and Head of Corporate Development at ServiceNow where he led several finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, investor relations, treasury, and corporate development. Prior to ServiceNow, Dominic was a VP on Morgan Stanley's technology investment banking team where he advised technology companies on a wide range of transformational financings and strategic transactions. Dominic holds a B.S. in Business from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, an MBA from UC Berkeley, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
