Jesse Virgil has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to communication, design, and engagement. Their most recent position was at Samsara as a Communication, Engagement & Design Manager HR, where they supported the Chief People Officer in strategic communications and engagement activities. They also assisted in developing and delivering the People Team engagement plan and major presentations.

Prior to Samsara, Jesse worked as a self-employed Freelance Graphic Designer, creating branding and designing resources for their wife's personal business, as well as for a local twins and multiples parenting group and a clothing boutique.

Before that, they were employed at Salesforce, where they held multiple roles. As a Manager, Presentation Design and Internal Communications, they led the internal communications strategy for the HR organization and directly supported the Chief People Officer. They also served as a Manager, Executive Communications and Presentation Design, and a Senior Specialist, Executive Communications and Presentation Design, where they were responsible for planning and writing executive and internal communications across various channels.

Jesse's earlier experience includes working at Stericycle as a Senior Graphic Designer, overseeing marketing design work and leading a team of graphic designers. They also worked as a Graphic Designer, creating marketing and internal resources, as well as producing live and motion graphic videos.

Their career began at Corporate Research International as a Media Developer, where they produced enablement materials, created landing sites, and designed web graphics.
