Julia Lin

Julia Lin is a Staff Applied Scientist at Samsara, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they contributed to the field as a Staff Data Scientist at Apple and served in various roles including Sr. Manager and Data Scientist focused on Maps and Siri. Julia also worked as a Biostatistician at the Cooperative Studies Program at the Department of Veterans Affairs and held several academic positions, including Instructor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and Lecturer in Statistics at Harvard University. Julia earned a PhD in Biostatistics from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Psychology and Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University.
