Karen Kagaya

Karen Kagaya has a diverse work experience in business operations and management. Karen started their career at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst from April 2014 to March 2018. Karen then moved on to become an Associate from April 2018 to November 2019. In January 2016, they joined the Prime Minister's Office of Japan as a Communications Officer, where they managed various projects related to citizen diplomacy programs, social media campaigns, and PR efficiency improvement studies. From April 2020, they worked at Samsara, initially as a Senior Associate until February 2021, and then as a Business Operations Manager until May 2022. Karen later returned to Samsara as a Senior Business Operations Manager in February 2022 and remained in that role until January 2023.

Karen Kagaya earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Japanese History from The University of Tokyo between 2009 and 2014.
