Kellison Rose

Kellison Rose is an experienced recruiting program manager with a diverse background in operations, talent development, and community engagement. Currently serving as Senior Recruiting Program Manager at Samsara since November 2023, Kellison previously held the position of Core Recruiting Operations Manager at Stripe, where oversight of an 8-member team supported approximately 750 candidates monthly. Notable experience at Google includes directing global recruiting operations for over 400 staff and managing multiple high-impact projects, while also leading initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
