Mark Bennett

Mark Bennett has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Mark is currently working at Samsara since 2019. At Samsara, they held the positions of Senior Software Engineer from October 2019 to March 2021, Engineering Manager for Safety Scoring & Insights from April 2021 to February 2023, and currently holds the position of Engineering Manager for Training starting from February 2023.

Before joining Samsara, Mark worked at Waymark from 2015 to 2019. Mark started as a Software Engineer in August 2015 and then became the Lead Software Engineer from June 2017 to October 2019.

Prior to that, Mark was a 2015 Fellow at Venture For America from June 2015 to August 2017.

Mark's earliest work experience was at Bennett Midland, where they worked as an Associate from July 2013 to March 2015.

Mark Bennett attended Wesleyan University where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics and Music. Mark then attended Hack Reactor for an Advanced Software Engineering Immersive program. Prior to their university education, Mark Bennett studied at Saint Mary's College High School.
