Mike Chang

Mike is the VP of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Samsara. He leads Samsara’s mergers and acquisitions execution and integration activities and oversees communications with Samsara’s investors. Previously, Mike spent over a decade in software investment banking at Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and BofA Merrill Lynch. Over his career he executed transformational strategic acquisitions and financing transactions aggregating over $125B in value. Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering and M.S. in Computer Science from UC San Diego. He also holds an MBA from UC Los Angeles.
