Nico Izzo

Nico Izzo has extensive experience in payroll management and HR processes. They began their career at Pepe Jeans London as an Account Assistant before moving on to MATCHESFASHION.COM as a Payroll & Benefits Administrator. At MATCHESFASHION.COM, they created payroll system user guides and trained employees and managers on the payroll systems. Nico then joined Coach as a Payroll and HR Process Coordinator Europe, where they developed payroll procedures and ensured compliance with local legislation. They later worked at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as an International Payroll Analyst, leading payroll transitions and managing payroll for multiple regions. Nico's most recent position is at Samsara, where they currently serve as the Manager of Payroll for EMEA and APAC.

Nico Izzo completed their education at three different institutions. In 2003, they earned their High School Degree in Classical Studies and Foreign Languages from Liceo Classico Giacomo Leopardi. Nico then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia from 2008 to 2011. Finally, Nico obtained a Master's degree in International Management from the same university from 2011 to 2015.
