Ryan Hylbak

Ryan Hylbak is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in account management and business development within the public and private sectors. Currently serving as Enterprise Account Executive for the Public Sector at Samsara since November 2025, Ryan previously held the role of Account Manager at Badger Meter from September 2018 to October 2025, managing accounts across Southern California and supporting distribution in multiple states. Prior to that, Ryan was a Midwest Territory Account Manager at Metron, where responsibilities included managing accounts in Montana, Minnesota, and Wisconsin and fostering a strategic partnership with Verizon. Ryan began a career in film as a Film Creator/Editor at NorCal Football Scouting, developing editing skills and producing highlight reels for NCAA prospects. Ryan holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Operations and Information Management from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned between 2008 and 2012.
