Saahil Desai

Saahil Desai has a diverse work experience starting from their role as an Engineering Intern at Applied Materials in 2016. Saahil then worked as a Data Operation Analyst at Optum from June 2016 to March 2017. Following this, Saahil joined Infrrd in March 2017 and served as a Machine Learning Engineer until April 2021. In April 2021, they joined Samsara as a Technical Solutions Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Team Lead, Technical Solution Engineering in January 2023.

Saahil Desai earned a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, graduating in 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics at KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, Vidyavihar in 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Saahil obtained a certificate in Natural Language Processing with Deep Learning from the Stanford Center for Professional Development in May 2020. In February 2017, they earned a certification in Internet of Things: Roadmap to a Connected World from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology | edX. Lastly, in November 2016, they obtained a certification in Data Science: Data to Insights from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology | edX.
