Sarah Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Sarah started their career as a School Teacher at the Department for Education from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they joined the British Army and held various roles, including Network Engineer/Technician and Manager of Technical Support and Close Support Technician Departments. In these roles, they provided network support, managed communication systems, and delivered training to international Special Operations Forces. Later, they worked as a Network Engineer/Network Security Engineer at Cubic Transportation Systems, where they managed network-related incidents and service requests. Currently, they are a Product Support Engineer at Samsara, and recently, they also took on the role of Team Lead. At Samsara, they provide hardware product support and helps businesses improve their operations using IoT data.
