Stephen Whitmer

Stephen Whitmer currently serves as the Director of Post Sales Systems at Samsara since March 2025 and is an Advisory Board Member for the Customer Experience Certificate Program at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Previously, Stephen held the position of Senior Director of Integrated Technology Engineering at MoonPay from November 2021 to June 2024, leading the software development lifecycle for over 200 SaaS platforms. In earlier roles at MoonPay, Stephen drove strategic IT initiatives that resulted in a $3M cost reduction. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Wells Fargo, overseeing enterprise technologies and leading teams to improve system performance and compliance. Stephen began a career in customer support and engineering at NICE Systems. Educational credentials include an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Network Systems Administration from DeVry University.
